Your Voice Solution LLC ("Your Voice Solution," "we," "us") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, book a conversation, or send us a message, and how we handle it. The short version: we use your information to talk with you and help your business. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Information you give us

Contact form. When you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the subject and text of your message. Phone number and company name are optional. The form is delivered by email to Lars-Erik Rundquist, the founder of Your Voice Solution, and a copy is stored in our website platform.

Booking a conversation. Our scheduling page is provided by Cal.com. When you book a time, Cal.com collects your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to provide, such as your company, phone number, notes, and the email addresses of any guests you invite. Cal.com uses this to create the booking and send calendar invitations, and the details are shared with us so we can prepare for the call. Conversations are held by video using Zoom. Cal.com and Zoom handle that information under their own privacy policies.

During our work together. If you become a client, you may share business information with us, such as processing statements or details about your operations and staff. We use that information only to provide the services you asked for.

Information collected automatically

Our website is hosted on Odoo. Like most websites, it uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to work, such as remembering your session and your language preference.

Odoo also records basic information about visits to this site, including the pages viewed, the time of the visit, and the visitor's approximate country and language. This uses a cookie that identifies a returning browser, not a named person. If you later fill in our contact form, that visit history may be linked to the information you submit. We use it to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.

The scheduling tool on our Contact page is loaded from Cal.com and may set its own cookies.

If we add other analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

• Partners you ask us to involve. Part of our work can include introducing you to vetted partners, such as payment processors or HR providers. We share your information with a partner only after you have asked us to make that introduction.
• Legal requirements. If required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal, tax, or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing lars@yourvoicesolution.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the scheduling tool, may not work properly without them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established providers for hosting, scheduling, and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
